8. On the Internet Mail Logon screen you will enter your Login Information. Make sure that you leave the Log on using Secure Password Authentication box unselected. Enter your Account Name (which is username@yourdomain.com), then enter the your Password for that username (make sure that you capitalize what is capitalized and leave lower-case what is lower-case). Then click Next.
9. Outlook Express will congratulate you on your successful setup. Click Finish to save your account.
10. To finish your setup, select the email account that you just created from the Internet Accounts screen. Then press the Properties button.
11. In the Properties box, select the Servers tab. Once you are on the Servers screen, make sure that the My server requires authentication box under Outgoing Mail Server. If you do not check this box you will be able to check your email, but you will not be allowed to send email. Once checked make sure and click Apply to save your changes.
12. Next, select the Advanced tab. Once you are on the Advanced screen, change the Outgoing mail (SMTP) box (under Server Port Numbers) from 25 to 587. Then click Apply to save your changes.

Setting Your New Email Account As Your Default Email Account
In the Internet Accounts screen select the Mail tab and highlight the account you just created. To set it as the default, simply click the Set as Default button. To finish, just click Close.
Congratulations, you are done! To send an email with the new account, simply click Create Message, enter the email address of the person you are sending it to, and compose your message. You will now have the option to Send using the account that you setup as default, or via the File menu, you can select Send Using... and choose which account you send it from.
