Email Setup for Netscape 7.1 (Mail & Newsgroups):
**Note: these specific instructions are those who already have their email account(s) setup in Netscape. If you need to know how to completely setup your account in Netscape, click here.
1. Open Netscape 7.1 Mail and select the email account you are going to update from the left hand column (for example: email@yourdomain.com). Then under Accounts on the right side, select View settings for this account.

2. In the Account Settings window select Server Settings listed first under your email account in the lefthand column. Change the Server Name from mail.yourdomain.com to pop3.yourdomain.com. Also make sure that your User Name is updated.
3. Next select Outgoing Server (SMTP) from the lefthand column. Once selected, set your Server Name to either Your ISP's Outgoing Mail Server or to smtp.yourdomain.com. If you set it to smtp.yourdomain.com you must check the User name and password box and enter your user name(username@yourdomain.com) in order to send emails. Once you have this set up, click OK to save your changes. **NOTE: If you do not know your ISP's Outgoing Mail Server, click here to find it.
4. Congratulations! You have successfully updated your account in Netscape Mail!
