• Email Forwarding

Setting up Email Forwarding through the Email Administration Console:

**Note: these instructions are for email administrators. Regular accounts will not be able to do this, and will need to contact their email administrator to have the forward set up for them.

1. Log into your website's email adminstration console, (http://webmail.yourdomain.com/admin) using your username and password.

2. Find the contact that you are going to add the email forward to and click on the little pencil icon for that contact.

3. In the last section 'E-MAIL FORWARDS', click on the link: 'click here to manage email forwards'.

4. Enter the email address that you want to forward that account to. Then click 'add forward'.

5. The screen will automatically refresh and you will see that the email forwarding address has been added. You have the option to add more email addresses (if you want it to forward multiple places) or if in the future you wish to delete the forward all you would do is click on the trashcan icon beside that forwarding address. Once you are finished, click 'back'.

6. The last step is to scroll down to the bottom of the 'General Information' screen and click 'save'.  This will updated the contact and a screen will appear saying that the contact has been updated successfully!
